Here are some frequently asked questions about Medicaid Planning. These brief

What’s involved in filing my application?

Every state has different requirements. We will have to obtain up to five years of financial statements for all incoming and outgoing money. We will fill out the actual Medicaid Application forms and present the information in a Medicaid-compliant manner so you get approved.

What exactly will you do for me?

We will help you determine if you are eligible. We will identify, locate and procure ALL documentation. We will present the paperwork in a Medicaid-compliant format. We will manage all communications with financial institutions and social services.

How much work will I have to do?

We will need 30 minutes-2 hours of your time to get a clear idea of your case and we will then keep you posted frequently on where your case is holding.

What if I move to another state?

We will assist with the transition and will be able to guide you through the Medicaid process in the state that you are transitioning to.

Do I have to sell my house and my car?

Every state has difference regulations. We will educate you on the Medicaid regulation for your state. In the event that you do have to sell your home, we work closely with many Real Estate agents and we can assist you.
